How the accelerator works
The programme looks at an untapped talent pool — insurance professionals. We look for underwriting assistants, claims assistants, operations analysts and credit controllers with valuable domain expertise but no formal business analysis training. Through structured learning, mentoring, practical project experience and industry support, we produce Business Analysts who combine deep insurance knowledge with strong business analysis capability.
