SF Change Consulting named a Sky BEO Future 100 Growth Fund recipient.

Recognition that supports our mission to create one of the leading insurance change firms by 2030.

What the Sky BEO Future 100 Growth Fund is

The Future 100 Growth Fund is a £1 million partnership between Sky and the Black Equity Organisation (BEO), backing Black-led UK businesses to grow and develop. Each year the programme selects up to 15 high-potential businesses for the cohort, providing funding, mentoring and a network designed to help founders scale sustainably.

SF Change Consulting has been selected for the fifth cohort of the F100 Growth Fund, run in partnership with Sky.

Why being selected matters

Being named a recipient of the Sky BEO Future 100 Growth Fund is a significant endorsement. The selection process is rigorous — the BEO evaluates businesses on their growth potential, the strength of their model and the impact they are creating. For SF Change Consulting, it is recognition from a national organisation that the work we are doing to develop and deploy insurance business analysts is both credible and scalable.

The fund provides more than capital. It brings mentoring, industry connections and a community of founders who are building businesses across the UK. That support helps us invest in the accelerator, reach more insurance organisations and build the pipeline of talent the market urgently needs — all of which moves us closer to our goal of becoming one of the leading insurance change firms by 2030.

It also signals something important to our clients and partners: that SF Change Consulting is a business recognised for its potential, its governance and its ambition. When we work with insurers, brokers and MGAs, that external validation reinforces the confidence organisations place in us to deliver transformation and build lasting capability.

What this means for the insurance market

The insurance industry faces a well-documented talent shortage. Our Talent Accelerator was built to address it — developing market-ready insurance business analysts rather than competing for scarce existing talent. The recognition and backing of the Sky BEO Future 100 Growth Fund accelerates that mission, giving us the resources to scale the programme and create meaningful opportunities across the sector.
